Handmade Ministry

We are a group of women who enjoy knitting and crocheting. We make shawls, lap blankets, hats and scarves that are then given to members of the community.

We have church members and women from the community who support and encourage each other.  All hand crafters are welcome to join us from 1pm to 3pm every Friday afternoon in the church lounge. We have supplies of yarn to share.

Members of the group have found we receive as much reward in the giving as folks get in the receiving.   We have heard many wonderful stories of the comfort our shawls or lap blankets have given to people. Ask the church office to learn more or to join us!
